[How to Use / Serving Suggestions]

・For clear soup or New Year’s rice cake soup (ozoni): dilute about 9 times with water.

・For udon, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), oden, simmered dishes, or hot pot: dilute about 6 times.

・For vinegared dishes, grilled dishes, or chilled tofu: use as is, without dilution.
