This refreshing sake is made using water from Mt.Okami, which was also selected as one of the Heisei’s 100 Famous Waters.
The rice used is 100% Niigata-grown, pesticide-free Koshi Tanrei.
It has a smooth taste, easy to drink, and is a very well-balanced sake to enjoy with meals.

“Okami” is a limited edition brew with a serial number.
