Yakisoba enjoyed at festival stalls is often rich and bold—delicious as an occasional treat. In contrast, Torii’s Yakisoba Sauce is crafted with a refreshing balance that you’ll never tire of, even when enjoyed every day.

With each bite, you’ll discover layers of flavor: the umami of mackerel and bonito flakes, the bright freshness of lemon and Japanese sansho pepper, and the gentle sweetness of persimmon and amazake. Together, they create a deep and well-rounded taste.

The key to its sweetness lies in “Kurogaki,” a rare variety of Jiro persimmon from Hamakita, combined with traditional amazake. For the dashi, we blend kombu and bonito flakes with mackerel flakes specially selected for yakisoba, then slowly mature the sauce in wooden barrels. A touch of lemon and sansho adds a clean, refreshing finish that keeps you coming back for more.
