One of the best sauce I’ve tasted. Just add a dash in soup and completely elevates the taste. Great with soft boiled eggs too.

Visited Yama-Roku Japanese website, Yamaroku doesn’t affix their logo on all bottles of soy.

Thank you for your soy sauce, it’s delicious! The soy sauce is more salty than Yamasa, but it has more umami and depth, a little sweet.

This is hands-down, the best soy sauce I have ever tasted. Its saltiness level is a fair bit lower than your usual soy sauce, so I usually add a bit more to my dishes without worrying it will be overly salty. Its flavor is packed full of umami with a very light sweet note at the end. It is very nice to add into plain white rice, half-boiled eggs and especially with nigiri sushi. It is a lot more expensive than the soy sauce you can find in the super market, but I think it is worth more than the price.
