How to boll shodoshima hand-stretched somen noodles skillfully
(1serving,2bunches)

First,boll plenty of water in a pot.3L or more.
When it bolls well,put the somen noodlles in hot water whileloosening them.
After about 1 minute,the somen becomes translucent.
cover with a lid and steam(30seconds)
When the noodles are bolled,
transfer them to another Contalner Filled with water.
Loosen it with cold water several times and cool the somen with ice water.
After that,please drain the somen noodlles and eat it with some ingenuity.
